What does virtual card evidence timed out mean?
This means that you are no longer able to submit your evidence.
*If you have admin rights you are able to set the timings of when you need to submit the information by. This can be set to anything between 1day and 365days.
Why do you need to submit evidence?
You are required to provide evidence in order for Paid to update your accounting platforms. Your administrators set a number of days you can submit evidence. They do this to “close” the transactions and allow reconciliation to happen. If the evidence does not time out it would be left in an open state indefinitely.
Can I delegate my evidence submission?
Yes, if you know you will be away during your evidence window, you can either 1) pre-emptively upload evidence (if allowed by your organisation) or 2) delegate the submission of evidence to a colleague. Follow this guide “How to delegate evidence submission”
