Virtual card awaiting approval.
What is happening when a virtual card is awaiting approval
If you virtual card requires an approver you will be shown a status in the header as in the example below.

Approval can be required for multiple reasons
1 - the virtual card is above your single transaction limit
2 - the virtual card takes the payee over a time based spend limit
3 - you have gone over your personal time based spend limit
Do I need to do anything?
No the Paid platform will have notified the appropriate approvers and they will be taken to action the approval. Once they action the approval request you will be notified.
