How to verify your bank account

If you have been sent an email about bank verification please follow the steps below.

1. check your bank statement for a 0.01 (£,$,€)

2. the 0.01 payment should have a 6 digit reference code e.g. "123456"

3. in the email is a link, click it and follow through to a page, enter the reference code

4. if the code is correct your bank account will be verified
