When a virtual card has transaction evidence uploaded a review can be requested. If you are reviewer you will be taken to the card transaction which will look like the below example.
From here click the review transaction button
You will be able to see the virtual card details plus the evidence submitted. The actions are at the bottom, please note you can't action until you open any attachments.
Enter a comment and approve or reject. If you reject there is the opportunity to return this back to the user for them to re-input the information. You will then be asked to review again.
Once approved or reject the transaction will go into the complete state.
