Paid Lite makes approval of all actions easy
This guide assumes you have appropriate administrator access to your Paid Lite system.
From the main navigation select "Settings" and "Departments"
From here you will be taken to a list of departments, ever company has a "General" this is used for any default approval flows. Select "General" from the list. You will be taken to a detail screen showing the different approval groups. Select "Shared Approver Groups" from the top menu.
From here you can set up or manage shared approver groups.
To create a new group, click "Create Approver Group" give the new group a logical name and click "Create"
You can then use the icon of the two people to add your users into the approval group. As a user is added or removed it is automatically saved.
