How to enable "Support View"

The Paid team from time to time may ask for a special type of access

If you have the need for Paid to review your environment the Paid support team can be granted a temporary window into your platform. The invite lasts 24h and only allows a data to be viewed. The Paid team can't create any data.

To enable support view go to "Help" in the main navigation and select "Support Access"

When support access is selected a window will appear on the right. As below.

Click the "grant access" button, Paid will be notified of this support access request and will then assist in your query.
