# How to cancel or close a virtual card.

## Paid offers the ability to cancel a virtual card.

This guide assumes you have access to view and create virtual cards on Paid Lite, if you do not please contact your administrator.

Navigate to "Virtual Cards" you will see a list of your current virtual cards or a message stating there are no virtual cards set up currently. From this page select the virtual card you wish to view by clicking the reference.

Once in the virtual card, we will show you the "close" button, in the top right.

Paid will cancel the virtual card and update the status.
