Paid Lite offers the ability to cancel a payment up to the cut off time.
This guide assumes you have access to view and create bank transfers on Paid Lite, if you do not please contact your administrator.
Navigate to "Bank Transfers" you will see a list of your current bank transfers or a message stating there are no bank transfers set up currently. From this page select the bank transfer you wish to view by clicking the reference.
Once in the payment, we will show you the cancellation window.
If you are within the cancellation window, you will be able to cancel the payment in the top right.
