# My account is not verified, what do I do?
## To fully setup your PxFlow account we need to do some verifications.
PxFlow runs electronic checks to verify your identity and also your bank account. To complete the verification processes. Login to your account, a widget on the dashboard will be showing which part(s) of the verification you are to complete.
Follow through to the item that you need to complete, the system will guide you through what is needed to be done. Or see one of our other specific guides on setting up your account.
