How to update your virtual card authorisation window.
You must have administrator privileges to update user settings. If you don’t have access, please contact your company’s Super Admin.
Purpose: The authorisation window controls when a virtual card is active and usable. Adjusting this helps, improve security, prevent unauthorised or late usage, align card use with scheduled purchases or events.
1) Log onto your account, which will take you to the dashboard;

2) From the dashboard please go into ‘Settings’ from the menu on the left hand side, from this dropdown go to Payments, please scroll down to ‘Authorisation Window’ -As Shown Below;

3) To change the Authorisation Window select from the dropdown;


4) Once you have done this, please scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on update, this will then save the changes.
