How to suspend a user?

This guide assumes you have the correct level of admin control to suspend a users.

1.  Log into your account from the dashboard, from the left hand side menu select ‘User’.

2.  From here you will select the correct user from the list, or you are able to use the “Show Filters” to find the user you are looking for;

3.  Once you have selected the user, you need to click into the three dots in the top right corner.

4.  You need will need to be provide a reason why the user is being suspended, select areas where they need to be removed and then select “Suspend”;

5.  Once this is completed the “User” will show as being suspended;
