How to put a user in a different spend limit.

This will show you how to put a user into a different spend limit and edit their permissions if required.

This guide assumes you have the correct administrator privileges, if you do not please contact your companies ‘Super Admin’. 

1.  Using the menu on the left hand side select settings and from there select ‘Users’ from the drop down.

2.  From here you will select the correct user from the list, or you are able to use the “Show Filters” to find the user you are looking for;

3.  Once you have selected the user, you need to click into the edit box on the right handside.  When you click into this, a pop out will appear showing the assigned spend band;

4.  If you would like to add a new spend band to a user, please click on the “Browse and Search spend band” for the drop down to appear.  You will be able to select the spend band you want to add.

5.  You will then see this in the users list, from here you will select save. 

6.  Please note that if you wish to remove the user from a spend band, please select the “bin” icon.
